Upgrade github.com/siyuan-note/siyuan/kernel to Latest secure release
Verify Direct and Transitive Dependencies

Run the following command in your project directory to verify that all resolved dependencies use the patched release:

inspect dependencies for github.com/siyuan-note/siyuan/kernel

How to Check if You Are Affected

To determine whether your application is affected by GHSA-g64v-qqpg-v37h, inspect your project dependencies for Duplicate Advisory:

inspect dependencies for github.com/siyuan-note/siyuan/kernel

Analyze the terminal output to locate any version of Duplicate Advisory in your dependency tree. If any resolved version matches the vulnerable ranges listed in the table below (for example, versions earlier than the patched release), your application is affected.

Note: Verify declared build manifests and deployed runtime container environments.

Technical Details

Vulnerability Mechanism & Technical Analysis

This vulnerability is classified under CWE-288: Authentication Bypass Using an Alternate Path or Channel, where the product requires authentication, but the product has an alternate path or channel that does not require authentication. In Duplicate Advisory, software state validation or input boundaries are circumvented during processing. Review the official source advisory statement below for specific affected components, classes, and reproduction details.

Source Advisory Statement

## Duplicate Advisory This advisory has been withdrawn because it is a duplicate of GHSA-7j72-f6wg-cxw6. This link is maintained to preserve external references. ## Original Description SiYuan versions before v3.7.3 contain an authentication bypass vulnerability in publish mode where content-returning endpoints getHeadingChildrenDOM, getHeading*Transaction, and getBacklinkDoc perform no password check despite protecting the primary getDoc endpoint. Anonymous attackers can retrieve full content of password-protected documents by obtaining internal block IDs from reader-accessible endpoints and calling unprotected content endpoints to bypass the password gate.
